Officials who want to upgrade their levels may have to travel to other provinces or to out-of-region meets. While some costs may be covered by the meet organizing committees, the remainder may be at the expense of the official. The Sport Fund and the Travel Program have been developed to off-set some of these costs. The Travel Program offers reduced costs on some airline and car rental operations.
